How a launch works

1. Paste a YouTube link and lock the target for a short window.
2. Set name, ticker, image, and launch amount.
3. Pay the platform fee in SOL to Tuby’s fee wallet (wallet connect or walletless + signature).
4. After the fee confirms on-chain with the correct memo, Tuby creates your platform-indexed token record and shows it across the site.

Platform fees

Fees are calculated from your launch amount (with a minimum floor) and shown before you pay. They are non-refundable once confirmed. Include the exact memo from the launch screen. Each fee transaction can only power one launch.

Walletless mode: send SOL from any wallet/exchange that supports memos, then paste the transaction signature to finish.

Server / platform tokenization

Tuby’s product model is fee-gated indexing: when your fee lands in the platform wallet, Tuby is authorized to tokenize and list the coin on Tuby’s servers (name, mint id, metadata, YouTube linkage, display stats).

Listings may be reconciled with on-chain programs over time. Until then, the Tuby listing is the source of truth for discovery on this site. Always read the Terms before launching.

Walletless launches

You can launch without connecting a wallet. You still must pay the platform fee and accept the Terms. The launcher field may be marked walletless for that listing.

Creator names, PFPs & thumbnails

Resolving a YouTube link may auto-fill the creator’s public name, profile picture, and video thumbnail as token art. That is only a shortcut. You are responsible for having the rights to use that media (copyright, trademark, likeness / publicity rights). Auto-fill is not creator permission or endorsement.

Creators who want a listing removed can send a rights complaint (see Terms §10). Tuby may strip images or delist without refunding the platform fee. Full rules: Terms of Service.

Creator verification

A YouTube association on a token is not the same as a verified creator. Verification is meant to prove channel ownership and bind a payout wallet so designated creator fees can be claimed. Until verified, assume no creator endorsement.

Safety basics

• Never share seed phrases or private keys.
• Double-check the fee address and memo before sending.
• Tokens can go to zero. Only risk what you can afford to lose.
• Report impersonation / scams through our public social channels.

Rights / takedown requests (creators & IP owners): include listing URL or mint, what was misused (name, PFP, thumbnail, etc.), and your contact details. Email legal@tuby.app (update this address when you go live).
